If you are booking an appointment for several people at the same time, a single booking request is sufficient. Please specify the first and last names, dates of birth, and email addresses of each person (either in the designated fields or in the project description).

If you are a minor, a legal guardian must accompany you on the day of the appointment and must sign parental consent.

Please choose a time slot where you are sure to arrive on time and do not schedule anything afterwards (a tattoo session can be tiring and may sometimes last longer than expected).

Please take measurements on your body beforehand using a ruler or measuring tape (otherwise, for a quick and very visual reference, a standard credit card is 8.5 × 5.5 cm; you can do the calculations).

Project description

Write down the name(s) of the chosen flash(es). If you have multiple projects, indicate for each one the placement and size, as well as the description. Be as precise as possible. You can also send me examples, sketches or photos directly by email: hyper.ma.tattoo@gmail.com

Once the appointment is confirmed, we will communicate by email until the d-day of the appointment:
to finalize the design together before the appointment (we avoid making changes on the day itself, so everyone can be more relaxed),
but also to sign the waiver that will be sent to you the day before the appointment
(I explain in this article what this document is).
