Please check that your address is correct before submitting the form (otherwise I won’t be able to reply)!
If you are a minor, a legal guardian must accompany you on the day of the appointment and must sign parental consent.
Please take measurements on your body beforehand using a ruler or measuring tape (otherwise, for a quick and very visual reference, a standard credit card is 8.5 × 5.5 cm; you can do the calculations).
Write down the name(s) of the chosen flash(es). If you have multiple projects, indicate for each one the placement and size, as well as the description. Be as precise as possible. You can also send me examples, sketches or photos directly by email: hyper.ma.tattoo@gmail.com

Following your request, I will provide you with a price and an estimated time to complete your project. You will then be able to book an appointment by restating the details of your project.
