If I "leave you on view" or don't respond quickly enough for your liking, several possibilities exist:
– You didn't say "hello" or anything like that, in my opinion.
– it's the weekend / the holidays
– It's past 5pm
- I'm working
– I live my life
– I am answering you

That doesn't mean anything, unless there's a scale marker on the photo. Generally, there isn't.
