Tattooing and moles
Good news: having moles is not a barrier to getting a tattoo
If you have moles, that's not a reason why you can't get a tattoo. You simply shouldn't tattoo over them, but rather go around them, avoid them. The larger and more numerous they are, the more complicated it is, but not impossible!
To carry out your project and adapt it to the natural features of your skin, you just need tosend a photo of the area you want to get tattooed (always using a scale reference point, like a ruler placed on your skin, for example). This way, I can tell you what is possible and what isn't, and how adapt your project to your desires.
Photos of the area to be tattooed are also useful for creating a mock-up, a projection of your design, so you can see what it might look like.
The same applies to freckles or birthmarks.
If in doubt, for reassurance: always consult a healthcare professional (general practitioner, dermatologist, etc.)
who will tell you what is best for you and your skin.
